Hollywood favourite Blake Lively was reportedly offered an eye-watering deal to star in the film It Ends With Us, and the details of her draft contract reveal just how much studios are willing to invest in top-tier talent.
The proposed agreement, obtained by Us Weekly, outlined not only a multi-million-dollar payday but also a range of generous perks — from private jets and family travel to hefty bonuses for awards and box office success.
According to the report, Blake’s base salary was set to approach 2 million US dollars, with the potential to earn much more through profit-sharing and milestone bonuses.
The draft document included a 10 per cent share of the film’s total gross revenue, meaning her earnings could have soared if the movie performed strongly at the box office.
It also laid out a detailed reward structure tied to both commercial and critical success. Lively would have received a 250,000 US dollar bonus if It Ends With Us made three times its production cost, with additional payouts at higher profit levels.

She also stood to gain from the awards circuit — 100,000 US dollars for an Oscar nomination and 200,000 US dollars for a win, with only the larger sum paid if she won.
The same pattern applied to other accolades: 75,000 and 100,000 US dollars for Golden Globe nominations and wins, and 50,000 and 75,000 US dollars for SAG Award nods and victories.
The contract also reflected the star’s family-oriented lifestyle. Given that filming was expected to take place in several locations, it included private jet travel to Las Vegas and covered costs for her four children, two nannies, a personal assistant, and her security team.
On top of that, the studio budgeted 1,500 US dollars for on-site assistance, a private driver, and weekly training and meal allowances totalling 1,000 US dollars.
However, despite the lavish terms, the contract was never signed. Sources told Us Weekly that the version obtained was only a draft, and it remains unclear whether Lively ultimately negotiated different terms or finalised a new deal altogether.
