Music’s biggest night is almost here. The 68th Grammy Awards will take place on February 1, 2026, at the iconic Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, bringing together the world’s top artists to celebrate the best music of 2025. Hosted once again by Trevor Noah, the ceremony promises blockbuster performances, emotional speeches, and moments that will dominate global pop culture conversations for weeks.

For Indian fans, the excitement comes with an early alarm. The live broadcast of the Grammy Awards 2026 will begin at 6:30 am IST on February 2. Viewers in India can stream the main ceremony live on JioHotstar, while the event will also be available on the official Grammy Awards website. Internationally, the show will air on CBS from 8 pm to 11:30 pm ET and 5 pm to 8:30 pm PT, with live streaming available on Paramount+.

This year’s ceremony holds special significance for host Trevor Noah, who has confirmed that this will be his final stint as Grammy host. His sharp humour and calm presence have become a familiar part of recent Grammy nights, making his farewell an emotional highlight of the evening.

As of now, Harry Styles and Doechii are the only confirmed presenters, according to an announcement made by the organisers on January 26. On the performance front, the Grammys are leaning into a younger, contemporary lineup. Artists set to perform include Sabrina Carpenter, Katseye, Olivia Dean, Leon Thomas, Addison Rae, Sombr, Lola Young, The Marías, and Alex Warren, promising a fresh and energetic stage show.

In terms of nominations, Kendrick Lamar leads the pack with nine nominations, including Album of the Year. Close behind are Lady Gaga and producer-artist Jack Antonoff with seven nominations each. Bad Bunny and Sabrina Carpenter follow with six nominations apiece, adding extra buzz to Carpenter’s live performance slot.

The Grammys also introduce major changes starting this year. A brand-new category for Best Album Cover makes its debut, while Best Country Album has been split into Best Traditional Country Album and Best Contemporary Country Album. Additionally, the top four categories — Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist — now feature 10 nominees instead of five. Winners will be decided by nearly 3,800 Recording Academy members, making the 2026 Grammys one of the most competitive editions yet.
