In an emotionally charged Instagram post, television personality Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya paid a heartfelt homage to Kargil Vijay Diwas, leaving her fans in tears.

She gave a moving account of the sacrifices and spirit of the Indian Armed Forces while sharing highlights from a recent visit to the Combat Army Aviation Training School in Nashik.

Divyanka, accompanied by her husband, actor Vivek Dahiya, described the experience as one that “hit differently.” The post opened with a powerful sentiment: “Our visit to the Combat Army Aviation Training School in Nashik hit differently, a place where valour is taught, not told.”

“From running on sheer passion to sacrificing comfort for country,” she wrote, “these soldiers remind us what true service looks like.” She admitted that though she once dreamt of donning the uniform herself, perhaps she would live that dream on screen someday — but for now, she was content to live it through the powerful stories of real-life heroes. “A nostalgia for something I never had, and a pride I’ll always carry,” she concluded.

She concluded with, “Let’s strive to be citizens worthy of their sacrifices. To the ones who gave it all—we remember, we salute. Divyanka posted a number of moving photos with the note. She photographed powerful soldier statues standing tall next to a commanding helicopter in the first picture, signifying strength and unwavering watchfulness.

The next featured Vivek and Divyanka at the training facility's entrance, grinning subtly with pride. They showed their respect and admiration by posing next to a military helicopter as well.
