Are Divyanka and Vivek expecting first child?

Despite their absence from the small screen, one of television's most beloved couples, Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya, remain close to their fans.

Through their vlogs and social media updates, the couple, who are well-known for their parts in popular television series like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, have maintained an active following.

Recently, in one of their latest vlogs, the duo answered fan questions, with one question in particular standing out – about their plans to start a family.

Rumours about Divyanka’s pregnancy have been circulating for a while, with fans speculating that she and Vivek might be expecting their first child.

When asked about their plans for having children, Vivek responded with humour and wisdom, saying, “Iska jawab mere pass nahi hai. Iska jawab khuda ke pass hai. Bhagwan, Allah, unke pass hai. Unse jaake pucho. Jab hoga tab pata chal jayega.” (I don’t have an answer to this. God has the answer to this. Go and ask him. Whenever it happens, you will know).

His playful yet thoughtful response left fans amused and eagerly waiting for any future announcements.

Divyanka, always quick with her wit, chimed in, “Kon hi rok sakega iss information ko?” (Who will be able to stop this information?). To which Vivek replied, “Hum chah kar bhi nahi rok sakenge” (Even if we want, we won’t be able to stop this). The couple's light-hearted response was a perfect reflection of their fun-loving dynamic.

In the same vlog, Divyanka, who had been diagnosed with dengue, revealed that she was feeling an odd "itching" sensation all over her body. She asked her fans if this is typical of dengue cases. Ever the protective husband, Vivek disclosed that he has been making every effort to take care of her during this time.

Looking back on their romance, Divyanka and Vivek's relationship started when they fell in love on the set of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The couple married in a stunning ceremony in Bhopal in 2016 after dating for a while.

After becoming well-known for her role as Ishita in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Divyanka Tripathi has appeared in a number of other hit series, such as Yeh Hai Chahatein, Banu Main Teri Dulhan, and Intezaar. With parts in Nach Baliye, Kavach Kaali Shaktiyon Se, Qayamat Ki Raat, and other shows, Vivek Dahiya has also established himself in the television business.
