Deva, starring Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde, had a modest performance on its second day following its release on Friday. According to Sacnilk, the film earned approximately Rs 6.25 crore on its first Saturday, signaling a somewhat slow start at the box office.
Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, the action thriller Deva earned Rs 5.50 crore on its opening day and Rs 6.25 crore on its first Saturday, bringing its total earnings to Rs 11.75 crore.
On Saturday, February 1, 2025, Deva recorded an overall 13.07% occupancy in Hindi across theaters. The film's occupancy varied throughout the day, with morning shows seeing 5.84%, followed by a slight increase in the afternoon at 11.28%. The evening shows saw a notable rise with 14.20%, and the night shows performed the best, reaching 20.96%, indicating a gradual improvement in audience engagement as the day progressed.
Deva is up against strong competition from Sky Force, starring Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya, which was released on January 24. On Saturday, Deva earned just a little more than Sky Force, which grossed Rs 5 crore, despite being in its second week of release.
Deva recorded an India nett collection of Rs 6.42 crore on its second day, reflecting a 16.73% increase from its release-day earnings of Rs 5.5 crore. This brought its domestic total to Rs 11.92 crore, according to early estimates from Sacnilk.

However, Zee Studios, the film's production house, later clarified that the first-day nett box office collection (NBOC) was Rs 5.78 crore, with a domestic gross box office collection (GBOC) of Rs 6.82 crore and an overseas GBOC of Rs 3.49 crore.
Deva follows the story of ACP Dev Ambre, played by Shahid Kapoor. Dev is a womaniser and a hot-headed cop who loses his memory while investigating his best friend’s murder. It also stars Kubbra Sait and Pavail Gulati in crucial roles.
