Actress Priyanka Chopra made a whirlwind visit to Mumbai on Wednesday, flying in for less than 12 hours to shoot an episode for The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4.
Shortly after landing, she was already on her way back to the US, updating fans about her quick turnaround on social media.
Priyanka was photographed at the airport late Wednesday as she headed out of the city.
Sharing a selfie on Instagram Stories, she wrote, “Chalo wapis (Let’s go back)! Less than 12 hours this time… Phir milenge (We will meet soon).”
She also posted a video montage capturing snippets from her brief Mumbai trip, including her arrival at the airport and a heartwarming moment where she interacted with a baby while posing with the accompanying family.
Earlier that morning, when she touched down in Mumbai on December 10, Priyanka revealed through an Instagram Story that the purpose of her trip was to film a special segment for Kapil Sharma’s popular comedy show.
Posting an in-flight selfie and tagging Kapil Sharma, she wrote, “You better be ready.” Soon after, videos and photos surfaced of her outside the set, where she was seen posing with Kapil for the paparazzi. The duo were seen greeting each other and interacting for a while before posing for the paparazzi.
This is not the first time Priyanka will appear on the show. She has earlier been a part of it more than thrice and needless to say, the actress shares a great camaradarie with Kapil Sharma.
On the work front, Priyanka is gearing up for a massive return to Indian cinema with SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated film Varanasi, co-starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
The film is slated for a 2027 release, and she had recently attended its grand title announcement event in Hyderabad. Beyond Bollywood, she also has two major Hollywood projects lined up — The Bluff and Citadel Season 2.
