Fromer actress Zarine Khan, the wife of Sanjay Khan and mother of Bollywood actors Zayed Khan and fashion designer Sussanne Khan, passed away at the age of 81 from age-related illnesses. Celebrities and fans mourned the death of the veteran actress.

Several prominent celebrities were seen at her Mumbai residence to offer their final goodbyes, and among them was Sussanne’s ex-husband and actor Hrithik Roshan. The actor was seen at his former mother-in-law’s last rites.

Hrithik was seen with his partner, Saba Azad, and both looked deeply disturbed.

Hrithik joined Sussanne Khan and her family at the cremation ground, offering his support in this tough time. Hrithik’s cousin sister, Pashmina Roshan also spotted at the funeral to pay the last respects.

Zarine reportedly died at the age of 81 due to age-related illnesses. According to reports, she had been dealing with health problems for a while. She passed away at her Mumbai home on Friday morning.

Zarine was married to Sanjay Khan, a veteran actor. She married Sanjay in 1966 after they first met in the 1960s. They share four kids together: Farah Ali Khan, Simone Arora, Zayed Khan, and Sussanne Khan.

Zarine co-starred with Dev Anand in the 1963 Hindi film Tere Ghar Ke Samne. She was also a successful interior designer and businesswoman, but her work off-screen was more well-known.

For the unversed, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne tied the knot in 2000 and welcomed two children, Hrehaan and Hridhaan.

They eventually parted ways in 2014. Despite parting ways, they maintain a friendly and cordial co-parenting relationship, prioritising their children's well-being. They have both moved on to new relationships; Hrithik is dating actress Saba Azad, and Sussanne is in a relationship with Arslan Goni.
