Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, who is known for shaping actors like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt, has revealed a quick and effective 10-minute workout for days when you simply can’t make it to the gym.

In her latest Instagram video, Yasmin shared a short Pilates routine that can be done anywhere. She says it doesn't even require any equipment and needs just minimal space.

The fitness expert says even a few mindful minutes of movement can help you stay active and consistent.

While sharing the fitness video, Yasmin wrote: “Short on time? This 10-min pilates workout will still give you the strength, tone & focus your body needs. Because something > nothing, always."
