In a video shared by her trainer Karan Sawhney, Alia is seen performing a variety of intense exercises. While Karan instructs her in the video, the actress is completely focused on correcting her form. The post was captioned, “@aliaabhatt Trusting The Process And Giving 100 Percent No Matter What.”
The video makes it evident that Alia’s workout focuses on strength training and building a stronger core. She is seen doing a single-leg squat — an exercise that improves lower body strength and stability, targets the glutes, quads, and hamstrings, and engages the core.
This is followed by an extended arm plank, where the arms are positioned further forward. This move helps strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance stability. Alia also performs a TRX single-leg squat, which targets the lower body.
The most challenging move in the session is the sissy squat, which works the quadriceps and improves knee and hip mobility.
Finally, she does push-ups for upper body strength — a move that also improves core stability and burns calories. Her body is in a plank position, moving up and down in a straight line. The actress also does pull-ups, which target the back, biceps, and upper body in general.
