The film, which depicts the bravery of 120 Indian soldiers during the 1962 Battle of Rezang La, impressed both the army officials and the audience with its heartfelt tribute.

Farhan Khan’s 120 Bahadur was recently premiered at the special screening event hosted by Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios on the Eve of the 63rd Rezang La Anniversary.

The star-studded event was attended by the cast and crew of the film. However, Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, also watched the film and showered praise on it.

On the eve of the 63rd anniversary of the Battle of Rezang La, General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, Chief of Army Staff, attended a special film screening of 120 Bahadur in Delhi.

The makers of 120 Bahadur hosted the event, which was attended by brigadiers, major generals, army officers, and their families.

Chief of Army Staff General Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, gave a few moving remarks about how the film spoke to him and how he appreciated its poignant tribute to the soldiers of Rezang La during the evening honouring the bravery of the bravehearts.

Upendra Dwivedi said, "It's got everything, it has got emotions, it has got valour, it has got team spirit. It also talks about respect to the enemy because we always try to help you, because we always fight dharamyudh and we always give respect and this time, it's been shown that the Chinese also give respect to that hero. This movie will make people think 'acha aisa bhi hota hai kya'."

The bravery of 120 Indian soldiers who held their ground during the 1962 Battle of Rezang La is depicted in 120 Bahadur. In the film, Farhan Akhtar plays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, who guides his soldiers through one of the most iconic and valiant stands in Indian military history.

The buzz surrounding the movie is still growing, with nationwide paid previews starting today and strong word-of-mouth responses from viewers. "Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge" is its central, unwavering line.

Directed by Razneesh “Razy” Ghai and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under Excel Entertainment, along with Amit Chandrra’s Trigger Happy Studios, 120 Bahadur has been filmed across Ladakh, Rajasthan, and Mumbai.

120 Bahadur is set to hit the theatres on November 21, 2025.
