Blackpink’s Lisa and Rosé stole the spotlight at the recent DEADLINE LA concert, held at SoFi Stadium, with a playful and unforgettable tribute that has left fans buzzing. On Friday, July 18, Lisa took to social media to share a carousel of electrifying moments from the group’s LA performance — and one particular picture set the internet ablaze.

In the now-viral snapshot, Lisa and Rosé are seen balancing glasses on their heads mid-performance, immediately reminding fans of Bobby Deol’s iconic “Jamal Kudu” dance from the Bollywood film Animal.

The quirky step, which features Deol’s character Abrar dancing with a glass perched on his head, became a massive social media trend post the movie’s release.

Seeing the K-pop queens mirror the viral move sent desi BLINKs (Blackpink’s fandom) into a frenzy, with many dubbing it a delightful east-meets-west crossover moment.

Lisa captioned her post: “LA energy giving. First time performing at SoFi Stadium and had so much fun jumping with Blinks.”

Fans flooded the comments, loving the group’s playful energy and attention to cultural trends. Rosé, smiling beside Lisa in the pic, added an extra dose of charm to the impromptu tribute.

Blackpink’s DEADLINE World Tour kicked off with powerful performances in Seoul on July 5 and 6, before moving to Los Angeles for back-to-back shows on July 12 and 13. The LA leg of the tour was not only a musical spectacle but a star-studded affair — BTS members RM and SUGA were spotted in the VIP section on the final night, adding even more excitement to the evening.

For those still riding the Blackpink concert high, there’s good news: the DEADLINE tour is far from over. The group is set to perform in Chicago on July 18, followed by stops in Toronto (July 22-23), New York (July 26-27), and many other cities across the globe. The world tour is expected to run until January 2026, promising more viral moments, fan interactions, and unforgettable performances.
