Atlee confirms his next BIG film A6 with Salman Khan, says: 'Going to surprise everyone with the casting'

Director Atlee will work with Salman Khan

The most loved actor and the Bhaijaan of Bollywood, Salman Khan is soon going to work with ace director Atlee in his next venture.

The Jawan director has finally confirmed his next film with Salman Khan and said that it will be the proudest film for the country.

Atlee has already worked with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan which smashed box office numbers and was the top hit films of 2023. Now he is waiting for the release of his next film Baby John which has Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi in lead roles. It is an adaptation of the hit Tamil film Theri.

In a recent interview, Atlee spoke about his film tentatively titled A6 and said that the announcement will be made soon.

Atlee's appearance with Salman Khan at Anant Ambani's wedding earlier this year had left the fans super excited and wondering if the two were teaming up for something exciting.

Reports are that Atlee is also trying to get Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan onboard for the biggest film in Indian Cinema.

In his interview with Pinkvilla, Atlee confirmed and said that he was almost done with the script and they would announce it soon. "A6 is something that consumes a lot of time and energy. We have almost finished the script and we are in the prep stage. Soon, a bang-on announcement will happen with god’s blessing," he told the website.

When the interviewer asked him if he will be working with Salman Khan, he subtly confirmed. "Definitely, I am going to surprise everyone with the casting. What you are thinking, yes (that’s true). But you are going to really get surprised. And am not being pompous, but it’s going to be the proudest film of our country. We want a lot of blessings, just pray for us. The casting is on the edge and it’s going to happen in a few weeks. We will have the best best best announcement coming soon to you all."

Atlee's Baby John is going to release on Christmas this year and the director is currently busy with the promotions along with its lead actors.
