Bollywood actors Anil Kapoor and Boney Kapoor lost their mother, Nirmal Kapoor, on May 2 at the age of 90. The Kapoor family is mourning the death of their beloved with several pouring emotional tributes on their social media.
Arjun Kapoor has recently taken to his Instagram and shared a series of photos and videos with his grandmother. He accompanied the post with an emotional caption as he bid goodbye to his ‘dadi’.
Arjun wrote, “I grew up around all my 4 grand parents & for that I will be eternally grateful always.” He added, “I bid goodbye to Dadi last Friday at the hospital, it felt like a part of my childhood & my life went away with her… thru all the ups & downs life gives us somehow our grandparents give us only love & reasons to smile…”
The actor added, “everytime we come together for a festival or a meal or an event her memories will continue to make us remember her in all her glory….”
He concluded his tribute by writing, “Love u dadi [red heart emoji] Aapka khabsoorat grandson ARJAN [your beautiful grandson] (she always said my name like that).”
The post featured selfies of Arjun and Nirmal Kapoor, his birthday celebration with Nirmal Kapoor carrying Arjun Kapoor in her arms, her photo from the hospital, a family portrait and several other cherished moments with her.
