Veteran actor Anupam Kher recently introduced the newest member of his family. The actor shared a sweet video montage on his social media featuring glimpses of the baby, Nirvair, of his niece, Vrinda.
Vrinda is the daughter of his younger brother Raju Kher.
Anupam Kher took to his Instagram and shared the video featuring the precious moments he spent with the kid over the last few weeks. Alongside the video, he shared, “INTRODUCING NIRVAIR: : He is my wonderful niece #Vrinda and #Nipun’s son. My brother Raju and Reema’s grandson. Dulari’s great grand son!”
He further added, “Mostly they were complaints. About his mother and other family members! He also complained about constantly being cuddled! He wanted to sing but wasn’t getting the words or the language right!”
He concluded his caption by writing, “Finally he got tired! Please send him all your love and blessings! Jai Mata Di! #NirvairRocks.”
Anupam Kher’s niece, Vrinda Kher, married her longtime beau, Nipun Gandhi, on December 26, 2021, in a lavish wedding. The star-studded ceremony was attended by cricketer Suresh Raina, along with his wife, Priyanka Raina, among others.
For the unversed, Vrinda is the daughter of Anupam Kher's brother, Raju Kher, who is also a renowned actor in the film industry.

On the work front, Anupam Kher was last seen in Tanvi: The Great and the latest release, The Bengal Files. Despite receiving good reviews, both films struggled at the box office.
Tanvi: The Great initially premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2025 and received a standing ovation from the audience. Additionally, the veteran actor admitted that the film drew inspiration from his personal life and is about his 13-year-old autistic niece, also named Tanvi.
