Aamir Khan's girlfriend Gauri Spratt was recently in the news, but not in the way she would have preferred.
In a now-viral video, Gauri can be seen becoming visibly irritated and uncomfortable as she is followed by paparazzi on a peaceful stroll.
She turns to the photographers and firmly says, "Arrey, leave me alone naa, I am just going for a walk," despite her casual attire and obvious lack of expectation of being harassed by cameras.
The incident sparked a range of responses as it swiftly went viral on social media. Many people understood her request for privacy, but others weren't so understanding.
One comment read, “You should have thought about this... before dating a celebrity with two divorces.” Another questioned the media's interest in her at all: “Why paps going behind her she's not any actor only Amir's gf so what big deal.”

Though Gauri has largely kept a low profile, she made her public debut earlier this year when Aamir introduced her to the media during his pre-birthday meet-and-greet in March.
It was a warm and candid moment—Gauri spoke openly about what drew her to Aamir, saying, “I wanted someone who was kind, a gentleman, and just caring.” Aamir, ever the charmer, joked back: “And after all that, you found me?”
Their relationship has deep roots. Aamir and Gauri have known each other for 25 years, but it wasn’t until two years ago that they reconnected and eventually fell in love.
“I was looking for someone I can be calm with, who gives me peace. And there she was,” Aamir had said, describing the quiet connection they found.

Unlike most celebrity partners, Gauri doesn’t come from the film industry and hasn’t even seen many of Aamir’s movies. “She grew up in Bangalore, and her exposure was to different kinds of films and arts. She probably hasn’t seen much of my work,” Aamir once shared.
Professionally, Gauri is a stylist and entrepreneur. As per her LinkedIn profile, she studied fashion styling and photography in London and now runs a BBlunt salon in Mumbai. She is also a mother to a six-year-old child.
Gauri has occasionally accompanied Aamir to events, including the Sitaare Zameen Par screening and the Macau International Comedy Festival.
