Seventeen years later, David Dhawan's rib-tickling comedy "Partner" remains a Bollywood classic. Released today in 2007, the film starred Salman Khan, Govinda, Katrina Kaif, and Lara Dutta.
Khan, playing the charming love guru Prem, stole the show with his impeccable comedic timing. His iconic performance, along with the film's hilarious one-liners (especially from Khan's character), continue to entertain audiences even today.
As "Partner" celebrates its anniversary, let's revisit some of those unforgettable lines.
1) Agar Priya Mercedes hai toh tu Maruti, agar Priya Boeing hai toh tu bhail-gadi, agar Priya Kohinoor ka heera hai toh tu Kohinoor ka basmati chawal, agar Priya kabil hai toh tu Kabuli chana
( If Priya is a Mercedes then you are Maruti, if Priya is a Boeing then you are a bullock cart, if Priya is a Kohinoor diamond then you are Kohinoor basmati rice, if Priya is a capable then you are chickpeas from Kabul)

(99% girls get the guy of their choice, but 99% boys never get the girl of their choice)
5) Jo kuch bhi main kahunga, sach main kahunga, ja rahi ho tum door, par main touch mein rahoonga
(Whatever I'll say, I'll say the truth, you are going far away, but I will stay in touch)
