The Telangana government has started the online application process for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for financial assistance of up to Rs 3 lakh to establish self-employment units. This scheme is designed to foster economic growth and self-reliance among youth from SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities.

The scheme offers financial support through concessional loans, categorized into three segments:

Category 1: Loans up to Rs 1 lakh with an 80% subsidy. The remaining 20% will be covered by the beneficiary or arranged via bank linkage.

Category 2: Loans ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2 lakh with a 70% subsidy.

Category 3: Loans up to Rs 3 lakh with a 60% subsidy.

This structured approach ensures that beneficiaries receive substantial support to kickstart their entrepreneurial ventures.

The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme is an important initiative of the Telangana government to promote self-employment and economic upliftment among marginalized groups. By providing financial assistance and subsidies, the initiative aims to reduce unemployment and foster entrepreneurship across the state.

On March 16, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, along with BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and the chairpersons of SC, ST, and Minority corporations, held a review meeting at Praja Bhavan. The meeting focused on finalizing the implementation details of the scheme, ensuring a seamless rollout.
