The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the date sheet for the April 2025 session of Class 10 and Class 12 theory exams. The exams are scheduled to take place from April 9 to May 19, 2025. The practical exams for both classes will be held earlier, from March 17 to April 1, 2025.

The NIOS Class 10 and 12 exams will be conducted in a single session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Students will be given 15 minutes extra time before the start of the exam to read the question paper. To ensure smooth conduct, students must reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the gate closing time. It is mandatory for students to carry their NIOS 2025 admit card and school ID card to the exam hall.
To pass the NIOS Class 10 and 12 exams, students must secure at least 33% marks in aggregate and in each subject separately. For subjects with both theory and practical components, students must score at least 33% in each section.
