ICSI CSEET May Result 2025

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the results for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) May 2025 today. Candidates who appeared for the examination on May 3 or May 5, 2025, can access their scorecards on the official website, icsi.edu.

The CSEET May 2025 was conducted in an online proctored mode across the country. Successful candidates will now be eligible to register for the CS Executive Examination, scheduled for either June or December 2025.

Students can follow these steps to download their e-scorecards:

Step 1. Visit ICSI’s official website – icsi.edu

Step 2. Click on the ‘CSEET May 2025 Result’ link (available on the homepage)

Step 3. Enter login credentials (registration number and password)

Step 4. View and download the scorecard for future reference

As per ICSI guidelines, candidates must meet the following criteria to qualify:

• Minimum 40% marks in each subject
• At least 50% aggregate score
• Those who fail to meet either requirement will not be declared ‘pass’.

The results will be officially declared at 2 PM today, and students are advised to download their e-marksheets promptly. For further updates, candidates should regularly check the ICSI website.

The CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is a mandatory qualifying exam for students aspiring to pursue the Company Secretary (CS) course. Clearing CSEET allows candidates to proceed to the CS Executive Program.
