 - ZEN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (ZEN) incorporated in 1993 and is a
 pioneer in the design, development and manufacture of world class,
 state-of-the-art training simulators.
 - has developed an advanced version of ZEN iFATS- Advanced Weapon
 Simulator (ZEN AWeSim), which comes in two versions, one integrated
 with un-tethered weapons and other one with tethered weapons
 -Has also designed, developed and manufactured two types of Driving
 Simulators:
 Basic Driving Simulator (ZEN BDS): This simulator is appropriate for
 imparting basic training skills
 Driving Training Simulator (ZEN DTS): This simulator can be
 configured for heavy, medium or light vehicles with or without motion
 platforms. 
 
 
 2008
 
 - Zen Technologies Ltd has appointed Mr. Utpal Sheth as an additional
 director of the Company in the Board Meeting held on June 30, 2008
 with immediate effect.
 
 
 2009
 
 - Zen Technologies Ltd recommended a dividend of Rs 4.50/- (Four
 Rupees Fifty paise only) on the Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the
 Company.
 
 - Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from C-63,
 Industrial Estate, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad - 500018 to B-42,
 Industrial Estate, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad - 500018 with effect from
 September 01, 2009.
 
 2010
 
 -Zen Technologies Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.50/- (Four
 Rupees Fifty Paise only) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the
 Company.
 
 2011
 
 - Company Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share
 of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2010-11.
 
 2012
 
 -Company recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6.50/- per equity share
 of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2011-12.
 
 - The Company have appointed Ms. M. Amala as Company Secretary &
 Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from July 02, 2012.
 
 - Zen received national award for successful commercialisation of
 Overseas Driving Training Simulator based on indigenous technology on
 the event of Technology Day.
