In an exchange filing, the company said it has been appointed as the user-fee collection agency at the Mundka Fee Plaza, located on the strategically significant Urban Extension Road-11 (UER-11) corridor connecting Delhi and Haryana.

The Rs 64.68-crore project involves the operation and collection of user fees at the Mundka Toll Plaza, along with the upkeep and maintenance of associated facilities, including toilet blocks and consumables. The contract has an execution period of three months from the date of commencement.”

Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Fund held 1.94 percent stake in each company as of September 2025.

Fidelity Securities Fund - Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Fund sold 2.36 crore equity shares (equivalent to 1.94 percent of paid-up equity) in Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands for Rs 260.67 crore. The selling price for these shares was Rs 110 per share.

Further, the same fund also offloaded 2.15 crore equity shares (1.76 percent stake) in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail for Rs 142.63 crore. The price at which these shares sold was Rs 66.2 per share.

However, Societe Generale - ODI has acquired 74.97 lakh shares (0.61 percent stake) in Aditya Birla Fashion at Rs 65.78 per share, for Rs 49.31 crore.

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands shares hit all-time low on Tuesday before closing the session at Rs 113.24, down 2.32 percent, while Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail stock also saw sharp correction, hitting lowest level since August 2023 on intraday basis before finishing 5.62 percent down at Rs 67.85 on the NSE.

The major action was also seen in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/it-servicesconsulting/peanalytics/A21">P E Analytics</a> that provides real estate data through its PropEquity platform, which shares declined 0.18 percent to Rs 165.3.

Hornbill Orchid India Fund exited PropEquity by selling its entire holding of 4.04 lakh shares (3.86 percent stake) at Rs 165.01 per share, amounting to Rs 6.67 crore. However, Samir Jasuja and his mother-in-law Manorama Pawah acquired 4.24 percent stake in the company.

Samir Jasuja bought 3.36 lakh shares for Rs 5.54 crore, and Manorama Pawah 1.09 lakh shares for Rs 1.8 crore. The buying price for these shares was Rs 165 apiece.

Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/engineering-industrial-equipments/avanaelectrosystems/AEL11">Avana Electrosystems</a> that manufactures control &amp; relay panels and relays used in power system protection, monitoring, and automation, was also in focus, rising 36.1 percent to Rs 80.30 on its first day of trading on the NSE. Fortune Hands Growth Fund Scheme I has acquired additional 1.38 lakh shares (0.6 percent stake) in the company at Rs 76.66 per share, valued at Rs 1.05 crore.

Venkata Nagaraju Padala also bought 1.54 lakh shares in Avana at Rs 77.04 per share for Rs 1.18 crore, Gautam Fatehpuria 2.5 lakh shares at same price for Rs 1.92 crore, and Gunavanth Kumar G (HUF) 2.5 lakh shares at Rs 77.22 per share for Rs 1.93 crore.

This comes a day after the company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 301.36 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a nearly 7 percent year-on-year (YoY) rise from Rs 282.81 crore in Q3 FY25 but a 5 percent QoQ decline from Rs 317.48 crore in Q2 FY26.

The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose more than 14 percent YoY to Rs 5,573.44 crore during the quarter under review.

Along with the Q3 results, Havells India announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set on January 23. The dividend will then be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before February 17.
<h3>Brokerages on Havells:</h3>
Motilal Oswal reiterated its 'Neutral' rating on the stock with a target price of Rs 1,590 apiece. This implies an upside potential of nearly 10 percent from the stock’s previous closing price of Rs 1447.1 apiece.

The domestic brokerage said that the company’s Q3 results came in below its estimates, as margins remained under pressure across the C&amp;W, Lloyd, and cable segments. “Going forward, the inventory situation of RAC, the implementation of price hikes due to new BEE norms, RM cost inflation, and growth in the C&amp;W segment amid copper price fluctuations will be the key monitorables,” it added.

JM Financial said that the firm’s adjusted PAT was a “shade below expectations”, while EBITDA was in-line and revenue was above estimate. “Our FY26E EPS estimate goes up by 3%, primarily on the back of an increase in revenue from C&amp;W, while our FY27/28E EPS estimate is largely unchanged. We maintain BUY with a PT of INR 1,750 (unchanged), valuing Havells at 50x Dec’27E EPS,” the brokerage said.

Nomura kept a ‘Buy’ call on the stock, with a target price of Rs 1,798 per share. This implies an upside potential of more than 24 percent from the stock’s previous closing price of Rs 1,447.1 apiece. The international brokerage said that the firm’s Q3 earnings beat

Jefferies kept a ‘Hold’ call on the stock, with a target price of Rs 1,555 per share. This implies an upside potential of nearly 7.5 percent over the stock’s previous closing price. The international brokerage said that the firm’s strong cables and wires growth offset weakness in Lloyd &amp; Lighting.

Rising copper and aluminium prices may require calibrated price hikes, it added.

And this is only the aggregate picture. When we go deeper, the stock-specific carnage is severe. A large number of stocks are down 40–50%. In fact, one could argue that nearly half the market, particularly across the small-cap spectrum, has seen drawdowns of this magnitude."

"The pain in mid caps is equally intense. Given the extent of the fall and the brutality of the correction, the obvious question arises: Has this become a buy-on-dips market? Unfortunately, the answer is no. Valuations remain meaningfully above historical averages. Before this correction, the small-cap index was trading at around 28–30x trailing earnings. Post the fall, valuations have moderated to about 25–26x, but this is still a huge premium to long-term averages. Extending its previous day's decline, the Sensex tumbled 1,065.71 points, or 1.28 percent to settle at 82,180.47. During the day, it dropped 1,235.6 points, or 1.48 percent to 82,010.58.
