The Company was incorporated on 25th April 1990.It manufactures
 products like Shirts, Trousers & Jeans.The Company proposes set
 up two plants in Noida, Dist. Gaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
 
 The shirt plant would be set up in Phase II and the trousers and
 jeans plant in phase III. Noida is a large industrial area with
 existing infrastructure falling within the National Capital Region.
 
 The Company would be producing high quality dress shirts out of
 staple cotton fabric for the world market.
