SANGHVI MOVERS LIMITED (SML) is the largest crane rental company in
 India and Asia, and the sixth-largest in the world as ranked by
 International Cranes (June 2023). Headquartered in Pune, SML was
 incorporated in 1989 and went through an Initial Public Offering in
 1994. The shares of the company are traded on the Bombay Stock
 Exchange and National Stock Exchange. SML is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO
 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certified company. The Company has a
 fleet of 400+ medium to large-sized heavy-duty telescopic and crawler
 cranes ranging from 20 to 1000 MT across 130+ operational job sites in
 India.
 
 1989 - Sanghvi Movers Ltd. was incorporated as a Private Limited
 Company under the Companies Act, 1956, on 3rd November, with the
 Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra,
  Mumbai, subsequently converted to Public Limited Company on 2/11/94
 by passing Special Resolution in the Extraordinary General Meeting
 held on 1/10/1994.
 
  - The Company is one of the leaders in the business of operating
 medium to large sized heavy duty hydraulic and crawler cranes. The
 Company provides material handling services
  for various large scale projects where movement of material of heavy
 tonnage takes place.
 
 - The Company provides an entire range of services which includes
 movement of materials, erection of equipment, assisting in
 fabrication, amongst other things. The Company also
 provides skilled personnel and the required engineering services.
 
  - The Company specializes in Diesel Operated, Hydraulic Truck
 Mounted Telescopic Cranes.
 
 2000 
 
 - Crisil has reaffirmed A rating assigned to the NCD issue of the
 company and FA+ rating assigned to FD Programme of the company.
 
 2007
 - The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-.
 
 2008
 - Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the
 Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2008, inter alia, have
 appointed Mr. Dara N Damania and Mrs. Mina C Sanghvi as Additional
 Directors of the Company.
 
 2009
 - Sanghvi Movers Ltd has appointed Mr. Dinesh H. Munot as an
 Additional Director (Independent) of the Company.
 
 2011
 - Sanghvi Movers Limited has received order from Reliance
 Infrastructure Limited for 6 x 660 MW Ultra Mega Power Plant at Sasan
 in Madhya Pradesh. The order is for hiring of 600 ton and 750 ton
 capacity cranes. The order value is Rs. 16 Crores for hiring period 
 of six months.
 - Mr. Sanjay K. Asher appointed as Additional Director (Independent
 Director).
 
 2012
 - The Co. has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3 per equity
 share.
 
 2013
 - The Co. has recommended a dividend @ 50% on the Equity Shares of a
 face value of Rs. 2.00 each, i.e. Re. 1 per share.
