Our Company was incorporated on May 24, 1993 as Rushil Decor Private
 Limited  under the
 provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies,
 Gujarat , Dadra & Nagar Haveli and subsequently, the name of our
 Company changed to Rushil Decor Limited  on December 4, 2007 vide a
 fresh certificate of incorporation on becoming a public limited
 company
 
 Rushil Decor Limited is the flagship company of the Rushil Group. Our
 Promoters have been
 associated with laminate production near about two decades under the
 brand  Vir Laminate.Today, we have modern state-of-art technology for
 manufacturering of Decorative Laminated Sheets with a network of
 branches, distributors and dealers across India.
 
 Our Company is dedicated to constantly expanding and updating our
 product range in order to stay ahead of the market.

 -Rushil Decor Ltd. gets its shares listed in the stock exchange in
 the list of 'B' Group Securities. 
 
 -M/s. Parikh & Majmudar, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad has
 been appointed as auditors of the Company
 
 2012
 
 -Rushil Decor has started its Full Fledged Commercial Production of
 Medium Density Fiber (MDF) Board at Chikmagalur plant 
 
 -Rushil Decor has recommended Final Dividend @ 5%
 
 2013
 
 -Rushil Decor has started Commercial Production of Medium Density
 Fiber Boards.
 
 -Board has recommended a final dividend of 5% on equity shares.
 
 2014
 
 -Rushil Decor has started a manufacturing of Pre-Laminated MDF Board
 at Chikmagalur Plant.
 
 
 

2020
-The company issued rights
 shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:3 at a premium of Rs. 40 per
 share.

2021
- Rushil Decor
 commenced Regular Commercial Production At Vishakhapatnam Andhra
 Pradesh Unit.

2023
-The company
 issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:3 at a premium of
 Rs. 152 per share.
