Risa International Ltd.

Govindji Trikamdas Exports Limited (GTEL) was incorporated on 9th
 March, 1993 as a Public Limited Company with an Authorised Capital of
 Rs. 50 lakhs. The Company obtained the Certificate for Commencement of
 Business on 18th March, 1994.
 
 GTEL has been promoted by Shri Vijaykumar Manek, Shri Ketan Manek and
 Shri Ajay Manek.
 
 The Company vide an M.O.U. dated 5th September, 1994, entered into
 with M/s. Govindji Trikamdas & Co. has acquired a 100% Export
 Oriented Weaving Unit situated at 117-A, Kaneri Road, R.N.  Compound,
 Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra comprising of 24 looms of Cimmco
 make alongwith stores and spares for a consideration of Rs.32.60
 Lakhs. The said E.O.U. has been transferred in the name of the
 Company by the Office of the
 Development Commissioner SEEPZ. Bombay in the month of October 1994.
 
 The Company has already commenced production tram the said looms
 apart from the trading activity. 

 2011

 -Company has
 changed its name from Govindji Trikamdas Exports Ltd. to Risa
 International Ltd.

 - Company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Named as RISA
 GLOBAL LTD at U.K.
 -Company, Risa International Limited incorporated a Wholly Owned
 Subsidiary, Named as RISA Universal Limited at Hong
 Kong. 

 2014 

-Risa International Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs.
 0.50 per equity share.
 -Risa International has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to
 2/- 

 2015
 -Risa International L - Shifting of Corporate Office to 1315, B wing,
 Dalamal Tower, 214, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai -
 400021. 

 2016
 -Risa International Ltd has informed  that Ms. Rekha Jain has been
 appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the
 Company
