Rain Industries
 Limited (RAIN) was incorporated on March 15, 1974 under the Companies
 Act, 1956. RAIN is a leading vertically integrated producer of carbon,
 cement and Advanced materials products. Headquartered in India, RAIN
 has manufacturing facilities in eight countries across three
 continents.

RAIN’s subsidiary companies – Rain Carbon Inc. (RCI) and
 Rain Cements Limited (RCL).

RCI is a global leader and innovator in the
 production of crucial raw materials for the production of primary
 aluminum (including calcined petroleum coke (CPC) and coal tar pitch
 (CTP)), graphite, carbon black, refractory, titanium dioxide and a
 host of other products. RCI has a production capacity of 2.1 million
 tons per year of calcined petroleum coke and a total distillation
 capacity of 1.5 million tons per year. RAIN acquired RÜTGERS during
 2013, and integrated the business into the RCI subsidiary. RÜTGERS is
 Europe’s leading manufacturer of chemical raw materials derived from
 coal tar, a unique by-product resulting from the coking of hard coal.
 It has operating facilities across global which include Germany,
 Belgium, Russia, Canada, India, United States and
 Poland.

RCL mainly produces high-quality ordinary Portland cement
 (OPC) and Portland pozzolana cement (PPC), which are marketed under
 the brand name “Priya Cement”. RCL operates two cement plants with a
 combined cement production capacity of 4.0 million tons per
 year.

RAIN equity shares are Listed at BSE Limited and National
 Stock Exchange of India.
