Nu Tek India Ltd.

Our Company was incorporated as Nu Tek India Private Limited on 
 July 6, 1993 under the Companies Act, 1956 at New Delhi. Our status
 was subsequently changed to a public limited company and the name
 of our Company was changed to Nu Tek India Limitedon March 24,
 2006.
 
 At the time of incorporation, the registered office of our Company
 was
 situated at 123, Pocket B, Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi. On 1st May
 2001, the registered office was shifted to A-31, Gyandeep Apartments,
 
 Mayur  Vihar, Phase- I, New Delhi. On April 1, 2002, the registered
 office was shifted to Apartment No. 7, Shikha Apartments, I. P.
 Extn.,
 Patparganj, Delhi 110092 and subsequently, on June 1, 2007 to
 B -14A, Devika  Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019.

 2004 - Order for Telecom Implementation of Reliance CDMA Project at
 Delhi - Subcontract by Lucent Technologies Hindustan Pvt. Ltd. Order
 
 for Telecom Implementation for Tata Haryana Project - Subcontract by
 Motorola India Pvt. Ltd. Received order for BSNL’s data rollout
 project 
 - Subcontract  by Huawei Telecommunications (India) Co. Pvt. Ltd.
 
 2005 -  Award of Turnkey Project for execution of cellular network in

 QUIPO in UP East. - Added ZTE as new client. Started rolling out the
 
 Aircell Network in Bihar, TTSL network in HP, Reliance network in
 WB,
 Bihar & Punjab with ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. 
 
 2007 - ISO certification from JAS-ANZ for Design Maintenance and 
 Implementation of Telecommunications Networks as well as providing
 manpower  resources according to customer requirements
 
 2008 -  Received Excellent Services Partner Award for the year 2007
 from Huawei Telecommunications (India) Co Pvt. Ltd.
 
 -Nu Tek India Limited, a telecom infrastructure services provider
 offering infrastructure rollout solutions for both mobile and fixed
 telecommunication networks, has fixed the Issue price at Rs. 192 per
 equity share (the upper end of the band) for its initial public
 offering (IPO) of 4,500,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Equity
 Shares) for cash at a price to be determined through 100% book
 building process (the Issue).
 
 2009
 
 - Nu Tek India Ltd has informed that Mr. Raghavendra Kulkarni has
 been appointed as CEO of the Company with the effect from November
 17, 2008. His appointment has been approved in Board at their meeting
 held on December 24, 2008.
 
 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5
 
 
 2010
 
 - Continued support In the field of Engineering projects and
 Consultancy with Motorola, ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson and others.
   
 - Continued cooperation with ZTE in the field of Telecom
 Implementation, Full Turnkey Solutions and Technical Support
 Services.
 
 - Continuing our relation with Huawei in the field of Telecom
 Implementation, Technical Support Services and Full Turnkey
 Solution.
 
 - Started providing Operations and Maintenance services (Active
 Networks) to ZTE in HP, Karnataka, J&K and Mumbai.
 
 
 2011
 
 - Nu Tek India starts Operations in Africa.
 
 2012
 
 - Appointed Mr. Vineet Goel as Vice President, Finance of the
 Company.
 
 2014
 - Nu Tek India Ltd has appointed Mr. Ayub Yaugaung Younes as
 Additional Director of the Company.
