Mahendra Suiting Ltd.

The Company was incorporated on 10th March, 1987 under the name of
 Mahendra Polyesters Pvt. Ltd. The Company's name was changed to
 Mahendra Suiting Private Limited and its name changed to Mahendra
 Suitings Ltd.
 
 The main objects of the company is to manufacture, sell, purchase,
 export, import or otherwise deal in cotton, synthetics abd blended
 yarn, cotton, fibre, synthetic fibre, textile material  from such raw
 material or textile material- and to process weave, comb, spin market
 any fibre cloth, thread Mahendra Suitings ltd is promoted by Mahendra
 K. Arya of the Arya family and his associates.
 
 The Company is planning a substantial expansion of its weaving
 capacity. It proposes to install 24 additional rapier looms, one
 warping machine, one D.G. set and one cone winding machine. The
 expansion will quadruple the weaving capacity of the company.
