GMM Pfaudler Ltd.

The company was incorporated on 17th November, 1962, as a private
 company and converted into a public company on 9th September 1963. 
 The company is a manufacturer of and dealer in various types of
 structural steel works, industrial machinery and glass lined chemical
 vessels.
 
 During 1982-83, the company entered into a technical collaboration
 agreement with M/s.De Dietrich & Cie, France for glasslined
 equipment.
 It  entered into a technical cum financial agreement with Pfaudler
 Companies Inc. USA.
 
 Electrical Instruments Manufacturing Company Limited was amalgamated
 with the Company with effect from 1st January, 1979.
 
 The company has entered into an investment and technical
 collaboration agreement with Pfaudler-Balfour companies Inc, USA,
 which owns 40% of the total issued share capital of the 
 company. Pfaudler has provided the company with technology for the
 manufacture of glass lined steel reactors.
 
 2006

 -GMM Pfaudler Ltd  has been incorporated in Switzerland in the name
 of GMM Mavag AG.

 -GMM Pfaudler Ltd has acquired 2,86,000 equity shares in Nile Ltd.
