 -The Company was incorporated on 27th February. It was promoted by
 Chintan N. Parikh.  The Company is engaged in the business of trading
 of polyester yarn and high tensile industrial fasteners.
 
 -Nishchint Properties Ltd., is a subsidiary of the Company.
 
 1995 
 
 -1000 No. of equity shares subscribed for by signatures to the
 Memorandum of understanding.  1,99,900 No. of equity shares were
 issued at par in April 1984 of which 29,900 shares were allotted to
 promoters, directors, etc.  Balance 1,70,000 shares were issued to
 the public.  5,00,000 rights equity shares issued at par in
 proportion 5:2 (300 shares unissued).
 
 
 2022
 -Company name has changed to EFC (I) Ltd. from Amani Trading &
 Exports Ltd..
 
 2023
 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
