 2000 - The Company entered into a MoU for setting up and maintenance
 of an Off-Shore
              Development Center at Hyderabad for Surgical Information
 Systems, Atlanta based
              Company, USA, in the month of Septemer.
 
 2003
 -The company entered into Business Understanding with a few companies
 to form a Consortium to share their physical, technical, human
 resources and expertise. This consortium will be recognized as
 SoftPro Business Alliances Consortium. Following are the
 participating companies under the consortium:

 - Softpro Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the
 Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2009, has appointed Mr. M
 S Reddy as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with
 effect from February 20, 2009.
 
 2010
 - Softpro Systems Limited has appointed Ms. P V Durga Bhavani as
 Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June
 4, 2010.
 -Company has changed its name from Softpro Systems Ltd. to Cura
 Technologies Ltd.                                                    
 
 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To Plot # 12,
 Software Units Layout, Cyberabad, Hyderabad -  500 081.

 -Cura Technologies Ltd have allotted 35,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/-
 each on conversion of 35% of the Employee Stock Options issued under
