Maruti Suzuki expands parts and accessories distributor network to 1,500 touchpoints

Maruti Suzuki's parts and accessories distributor network currently spans around 760 cities.

The country's largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki India, has expanded its parts and accessories distributor network to 1,500 touchpoints across the country. The milestone outlet has been inaugurated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, strengthening the company's nationwide reach for genuine components.

The network currently spans around 760 cities, complementing Maruti Suzuki's wider sales and service footprint. According to the company, the expansion is aimed at ensuring easier access to certified parts for customers, independent workshops and mechanics.

The company's genuine parts and accessories network is a core element of its customer ecosystem. This includes a nationwide chain of authorised distributors, warehouses and retail outlets positioned to improve the availability of genuine components across the Maruti Suzuki vehicle range.

These touchpoints primarily support smaller independent workshops and mechanics, offering quicker access to essential components. According to the company, the timely availability of genuine parts reduces vehicle downtime and contributes to maintaining performance and longevity.

Maruti Suzuki also clarified that these independent distributor outlets operate in addition to its service network of more than 5,500 touchpoints across the country, including Arena and Nexa facilities, where genuine parts and accessories are also made available to customers.
