SEBI cuts minimum market cap for follow-on offerings

India's capital markets regulator said on Monday the minimum market capitalisation required by listed firms seeking to sell shares in follow-on offerings has been halved to Rs 50 billion (USD 1.1 billion).

"This applies to all listed companies," Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Chairman CB Bhave said.
