CARE IPO opens today, gets Rs 80.9cr via anchor portion
CARE has opened its Rs 540-crore initial public offer for subscription today. The company has finalized the allocation of 10,79,954 equity shares (15 percent of the total offer of 71,99,700 equity shares) to 12 anchor investors at upper end of price band of Rs 700-750 per share, aggregating to Rs 80.996 crore.

Credit Analysis and Research Limited (CARE) has opened its Rs 540-crore initial public offer for subscription today. The company has finalized the allocation of 10,79,954 equity shares (15 percent of the total offer of 71,99,700 equity shares) to 12 anchor investors at upper end of price band of Rs 700-750 per share, aggregating to Rs 80.996 crore.
The anchor investors include Goldman Sachs India Fund (which received 1 lakh equity shares or 9.26 percent of the anchor portion); Eastspring Investments India Equity Fund (1 lakh shares or 9.26 percent); Wellington Management Company LLP A/C Bay Pond BMDMB (1 lakh shares); Centaura Investments (Mauritius) PTE Ltd. (1,86,620 shares or 17.28%); DB International Asia Ltd (1 lakh shares of the anchor portion); Tata AIA Life Insurance Co Ltd.
