US-Israel strike hits Iran’s Konarak naval base, multiple Iranian vessels seen burning

The imagery shows at least three Iranian surface ships destroyed and sunk.

The US forces on Monday struck Iran’s naval facilities at the Konarak Naval Base in southeastern Iran near Chah Bahar, along the Gulf of Oman.

Satellite imagery shows multiple Iranian warships burning or badly damaged at the base, including at least one frigate engulfed in flames on the pier, according to Damien Symon, geo-intelligence researcher at Intel Lab.

"Vantor imagery shows airstrike related damage at Konarak Naval Base, Iran, where at least three surface ships have sunk & numerous buildings are damaged or destroyed," Symon posted on X.

No official assessment of losses or operational impact has been publicly released.

The imagery shows at least three Iranian surface ships destroyed and sunk. It also shows at least six buildings on site as damaged, besides a floating boat.
