WhatsApp has introduced a new AI Studio feature to enhance the user experience and improve the daily activities on the app. According to the latest report by WABetaInfo, this new tool introduces a variety of personalised chatbots designed to cater to specific user needs and preferences.
Last week, the AI Studio feature was also rolled out to some WhatsApp beta testers on the Android app. Now, the AI Studio tool is offered to limited WhatsApp beta 24.15.10.72 iOS users through the TestFlight beta program. We can expect this feature to be rolled out to more beta testers in the coming weeks.
WhatsApp users can interact with a variety of useful and entertaining custom AI models developed by Meta and other creators. WhatsApp is also considering enabling external developers to create AI chatbots, potentially expanding its features and skillset. All of these AI interactions or personal messages in chats and groups remain private and are never sent to Meta due to end-to-end encryption.
The AI Studio feature is designed to improve the user experience by offering more specific and contextually relevant assistance to simplify various tasks by providing personalised interactions.
Additionally, Meta has also introduced the ‘Imagine Me’ feature, which is also a part of the Meta AI capabilities. It allows users to generate custom images based on user’s requirements. It is currently available in limited regions with a broader availability expected in the coming months.
