Tecno has launched its latest smartphone, the Pova Curve 5G, in India. The phone is part of the company’s Pova series and comes with a curved design, regional AI features, and 5G support.

Price and availability

The Tecno Pova Curve 5G is available in two variants. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version is priced at Rs 15,999 and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 16,999 and will be available in offline retail stores.
Pre-booking customers stand a chance to receive assured gifts. Offline buyers can also avail No Cost EMI for up to 10 months.

Key specifications

The Tecno Pova Curve 5G features a curved display design and is available in Magic Silver, Neon Cyan, and Geek Black colour options. It has a slim 7.45mm profile and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.8%. The phone supports touch input even with wet hands.
It comes with a 5500mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. According to Tecno, the battery can charge up to 50% in 15 minutes and 100% in 45 minutes. It also claims support for over 1800 charging cycles.

The device runs on custom-built AI software with support for Indian languages. Some of its AI features include voice input, smart replies, and content suggestions in regional languages. Additional features include AI call assistance, auto call answering, live translations, and the ability to stay connected even in areas with no signal.

On the connectivity front, the phone includes a signal hub system for improved performance in low-signal areas. It offers 86.5% antenna coverage and supports VoWiFi and real-time signal optimization.
