Key features

The F31 Pro+ runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while the Pro and F31 use MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Energy and Dimensity 6300 chipsets respectively. All support up to 24GB RAM (12GB physical + 12GB virtual) and UFS 3.1 storage. Running ColorOS 15, the phones introduce features like intelligent pre-loading, improved touch response, and a one-click performance rejuvenation tool.

The F31 series uses a 360° Armor Body design with an aerospace-grade AM04 aluminium alloy frame that’s 10% stronger than its predecessor. The AGC DT-Star D+ glass offers added screen protection, while triple IP certifications (IP66, IP68, and IP69) make the devices resistant to dust, immersion, and even high-pressure water jets at up to 80°C. Oppo says the phones can withstand oily fingers, rain, and even 18 everyday liquids like tea and detergent water.

A major focus is heat management. The F31 Pro+ includes a 5,219 mm² vapour chamber, while the Pro and base F31 use smaller but still robust cooling designs. Oppo’s Dual-Engine Smoothness System—featuring the Trinity Engine and Luminous Rendering Engine—keeps apps responsive, reduces installation times, and ensures six years of consistent performance with TÜV Rheinland’s 72-Month Fluency Certification.

Cameras and AI tools

All three models sport a 50MP OIS main sensor, with the Pro+ and Pro adding a 32MP selfie shooter (16MP on the base model). AI tools such as AI Eraser 2.0, AI Unblur, and Reflection Remover aim to enhance everyday photography. Productivity gets a boost with AI VoiceScribe for transcription and AI Call Assistant with live translations in nine Indian languages.

The series packs a 7,000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, promising 58% charge in 30 minutes. Reverse charging and bypass charging are also supported.
