After introducing the Nothing Phone 3a series, the UK-based smartphone brand Nothing is now preparing to launch its flagship smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3. While official details remain under wraps, Nothing CEO Carl Pei has previously hinted that the phone could be launched in 2025. Further, this smartphone is expected to offer a strong emphasis on AI-driven features, setting it apart from its predecessors.
Nothing Phone 3: Expected launch timeline
According to X tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Nothing Phone 3 is most likely to be launched in July 2025. This aligns with the brand’s previous release pattern, as the Nothing Phone 1 and Nothing Phone 2 were introduced in July 2022 and 2023, respectively. Beyond the launch timeline, the tipster hasn’t revealed any other details about the smartphone.
Nothing Phone 3: Expected specifications, price
The Nothing Phone 3 is expected to feature a 6.77-inch 1.5K AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Further, the screen could also offer 1600 nits brightness in high brightness mode and 3000 nits peak brightness for improved visibility under direct sunlight. If we talk about the camera setup, the Phone 3 is tipped to offer a 50MP triple camera system consisting of a main sensor, an ultra-wide lens, and a 3x periscope telephoto lens. On the front, the device may house a 50MP selfie shooter.
Additionally, the Phone 3 may house a 5300mAh battery and support 50W fast charging and 20W wireless charging. Further, it is expected to run Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.5. Similar to the Nothing Phone 2, the Nothing Phone 3 is tipped to have a starting price of Rs 45,000 in the Indian market.
