Domestic smartphone brand Lava is set to launch its next midrange device in India soon. The company has shared the first official teaser of the upcoming Agni series phone through its official website. Although the company has not yet announced an official launch date, it has revealed the launch timeline of the Agni 4. Moreover, the brand has also teased the handset in a black shade with a horizontally aligned rear camera unit.
Lava Agni 4: India launch details, expected specifications
Lava has announced through its official website that the Lava Agni 4 is scheduled to be launched in November in India. The company has also offered a glimpse of the upcoming device, via a teaser poster, hinting that it will feature a somewhat boxy overall design. Further, the handset is showcased in a black colour option and is teased to have a horizontally aligned pill shaped rear camera island, similar to Google Pixel smartphones.
Some leaks have suggested that Lava Agni 4 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, which could be paired with UFS 4.0 storage. It is expected to sport a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The handset is expected to house a battery that will likely exceed 7,000mAh, which would be a big jump from the 5,000mAh capacity in last year’s Lava Agni 3.
The phone is also tipped to include a 50MP dual-camera setup and feature a metal frame. We can expect the brand to start teasing more details about the Lava Agni 4 in the coming weeks as we head closer to the launch.
