Chinese smartphone brand Infinix is gearing up to launch its first foldable smartphone, the Infinix Zero Flip in India next week. It is the company's first clamshell-style foldable smartphone and is expected to compete against the likes of Motorola Razr 50 and the Tecno Phantom V Flip 5G. The device made its global debut last month and the Indian variant is expected to come with similar specs.

The Infinix Zero Flip will launch in India on October 17. It is expected to attract many midrange buyers as an alternative to more premium flip phones on the market.

The Infinix Zero Flip is confirmed to be equipped with a 3.64-inch cover display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also has a 6.9-inch AMOLED internal display. Both screens support 120Hz refresh rate support. In terms of design, the smartphone has a zero-gap hinge, which minimizes the screen crease and provides better durability.
Infinix has also assured that the smartphone is engineered for 400,000 folds without any damage. In terms of optics, the Zero Flip has a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, the phone has a 50MP camera at the front of the inner display.
The Zero Flip is backed by a 4,720mAh battery with 70W fast charging support and 10W wired reverse charging. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset and comes with a single 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant.
