Every year, Samsung introduces three models in its Galaxy S series lineup and this year things won’t be much different. Based on leaks, the Galaxy S25 series will include three models – Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Updated design for Galaxy S25 Ultra
Starting last year, Samsung completely ditched the curved display design language for the ‘Ultra’ model. The trends is most likely continue this year. Apart from this, the phone will also get rounded corners for the Ultra model.

Performance boost is inevitable
This goes without saying that the Galaxy S25 series will include an updated processor. The entire lineup is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. However, in some regions, Samsung might introduce the updated version of its Exynos chipset as well. More RAM is also expected to arrive with the entire lineup. The base model could remain at 8GB, however, the Plus and Ultra is expected to get up to 12GB RAM.

Camera upgrade
While, we are expecting the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will retain the same camera features and sensors from the previous generation. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will get a upgrade in terms of the telephoto lens. Exact details around the camera improvements is not available as of now. We are also expecting to see some major improvements in terms of video quality.
