FASTag Annual Pass Validity The pass is valid for one year from the date of activation or 200 trips, whichever occurs first. After either limit is reached, it reverts to a regular FASTag
3/7
Coverage and limitations It covers National Highway (NH) and National Expressway (NE) toll plazas. It does not apply to tolls on state highways or roads managed by local authorities or private operators.
4/7
Eligible vehicles Only private non-commercial vehicles such as cars, jeeps, and vans are eligible. The FASTag must be properly affixed and registered to a valid Vehicle Registration Number.
How the pass works For point-based toll plazas, each one-way trip counts as a single transaction. For closed toll systems, a full round (entry and exit) counts as one trip.
6/7
Savings potential With the Annual Pass, users pay about Rs 15 per trip, compared to standard toll charges. This translates to annual savings of up to Rs 7,000 for regular travellers.

Re-purchase and renewal Once 200 trips are used, the pass can be re-purchased even if the one-year period hasn’t ended. Renewal is done through the same app or website.
