Amazfit has introduced the BIP 6 smartwatch in India, aiming to deliver high-end features at a competitive mid-range price. Priced at ₹7,999, the BIP 6 will be available starting May 16 via Amazfit’s official website, Amazon India, and select offline retailers. It comes in four colour options: Black, Charcoal, Stone, and Red.
Amazfit BIP 6: Key featuresAt the heart of the BIP 6 is a large 1.97-inch AMOLED display boasting a peak brightness of 2,000 nits—among the brightest in its category. The screen is housed in a sleek aluminium alloy frame, and the watch is rated 5ATM water-resistant, making it suitable for workouts, rain, and daily wear.
One of the standout features is its health-tracking capabilities. Powered by Amazfit’s latest BioTracker 6.0 PPG sensor—a dual-light, five-photodiode setup—the BIP 6 offers continuous heart rate, SpO₂, stress, and HRV monitoring. It also delivers detailed sleep analysis, including breathing quality and sleep stages.
Fitness enthusiasts get access to over 140 sports modes, along with Smart Strength Training that can automatically detect which muscle groups are being used. Offline navigation features such as round-trip routing add a layer of functionality for outdoor workouts, even without a smartphone connection.
Battery life is another strong point, with Amazfit claiming up to 14 days of usage on a single charge. Connectivity features include Bluetooth calling, notification alerts, and message replies via voice-to-text or an on-screen keyboard. The smartwatch also integrates Zepp Flow, enabling hands-free control through AI voice commands.
