Virat Kohli is pumped and he has proved it via an internet post after he travelled to Australia with the Indian cricket team for a 3-match ODI series against the 6-time World champions. Men in Blue landed around 10:00 AM IST at Perth on Wednesday and Kohli posted a tweet on X after reaching Australia.

Kohli's tweet went final and Here is the post:

Kohli last played an ODI on March 9 this year against New Zealand in Dubai during the Champions Trophy. He is now just 54 runs away from becoming the second-highest run-scorer in ODI cricket history and will have multiple chances to break many records in the Australia series.

Many felt he will call it time from the format after the Australia series but now fans suspect that tweet might be a hit back at his critics who have questioned him yet again.

Kohli has already retired from the longest and shortest format of the game. He is best Test captain in history of Indian cricket but he called it time after two forgetful series against New Zealand. He and Rohit Sharma both retired together from the T20I format after winning the T20 World Cup in June last year. He scored 76 off 59 deliveries in the final against South Africa at Kensington Oval and also won the Player of the Match award after India won the World Cup.

With retirement speculations being the hot topic of the town, Kohli and Rohit Sharma as well will look to shut up the noise with some sensational knocks in the upcoming series against Australia. However, it will not be easy as Australia as an opposition are always a tricky customer to handle.
