Recently, his One8 Commune outlet in Juhu, Mumbai, has been garnering a lot of attention once again, not only because of its celebrity connection but also because of its opulent setup, gourmet offerings, and top-notch prices.
This outlet, which is located in the beautiful coastal area of Juhu, was launched in 2022 after Kohli transformed the legendary singer Kishore Kumar’s iconic bungalow, ‘Gouri Kunj,’ into a chic and contemporary dining destination. The restaurant is a lovely combination of past and present, where nostalgia meets modern luxury. It is characterized by a sleek architect, calm inside, and very impressive glass ceilings that add to it.

"I like restaurants where you can go anytime. The kitchen opens in the morning and runs through the day. We also have events here. The interiors are raw and casual. The vibe was always meant to be chilled out," Kohli had said in a video tour off the restaurant.
The One8 Commune Juhu menu is full of delicious food choices, however, it is their very expensive pricing that lately has been the topic of social media. According to the Zomato menu shown online, the Dum Lamb Biryani is priced at Rs 978, while the Chicken Chettinad is at Rs 878.
Even basic comfort foods are offered at a luxury rate, Salted Fries have a price of Rs 348, and a single Tandoori Roti or Naan is at Rs 118. The Lamb Shank is among the most expensive non-vegetarian offerings on the menu. It is a hearty dish, and the price is as high as Rs 2,318.
Moreover, the dessert menu is not far behind when it comes to extravagance, as it features such items as Mascarpone Cheesecake for Rs 748, the ‘King Kohli’ Chocolate Mousse at Rs 818, and the Signature Sizzling Croissant for Rs 918, each being as luxurious as the name of the restaurant itself.
