A look inside the movie Animal's filming locations

The well-received Bollywood film Animal was filmed across various spectacular locations in India and abroad, giving viewers a glimpse into diverse landscapes and cultures. Here's a breakdown of the filming locations:

Manali, Himachal Pradesh

The scenic hill station of Manali served as the backdrop for the film's first shooting schedule in April 2022. The majestic snow-clad mountains and verdant valleys of Manali added a tranquil touch to the film's narrative. Manali is a well-loved tourist destination renowned for its breathtaking beauty, adventure sports, and Tibetan Buddhist monasteries.

Mumbai, Maharashtra

The vibrant metropolis of Mumbai formed another filming location for Animal in May 2022. The city's lively energy and iconic landmarks were subtly incorporated into the film.

Gurugram, Haryana

Pataudi Palace, a historical landmark located in Gurugram, served as a filming location as well. The palace's opulence provided a unique setting for several scenes in the film. Pataudi Palace is a former royal palace built in the early 20th century. It is now the residence of the Pataudi family.

Parts of the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Animal (2023) was shot in Saif Ali Khan's Pataudi Palace, Gurugram, Haryana.

New Delhi

New Delhi, also found its place on the filming map of Animal in early 2023. Specific locations such as Miranda House College and various spots in Old Delhi were used for filming. Miranda House College is a well-known university college for women, famous for its historical architecture and sprawling gardens. Old Delhi is the historic city centre of Delhi, dating back to the Mughal era.

England and Scotland

For international filming, the team made its way to Europe. Shootings were conducted in several locations in both England and Scotland.  Scotland's filming concluded in April 2023, with some scenes involving action sequences filmed in frigid -3 degrees weather.
