The Karnataka Labour Commissioner pulled up the Kingfisher Airlines management today and asked them to provide details for the payment of employees salaries.  This move came after Bangalore based KFA employees met the Labour Commissioner today.

Meanwhile, employees staged protests at Indian cricketer Virat Kohli's residence in Delhi on Monday. Virat Kohli is the captain of UB Holdings promoter, Vijay Mallya-owned IPL team, Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Employees say their protests will continue against Mallya at different IPL venues across the country starting with Kolkata where IPL's opening ceremony is taking place on Tuesday.

The protests come on a day when UB Holdings has dragged its largest lender SBI (State Bank of India) to court to prevent the sale of shares held by the bank.
