A Delhi court extended the judicial custody of former Telecom Secretary Siddartha Behura and ex-Telecom Minister A Raja's former personal secretary R K Chandolia till March 3. They were arrested for their alleged role in the 2G spectrum scam allocation scam.

The judicial custody of both the accused, lodged in Tihar Jail since February 8, was extended after they were produced before Special CBI Judge O P Saini after expiry of their earlier two weeks'' remand.

"Both the accused are remanded to judicial custody till March 3," the court said, synchronising the duo''s judicial remand with that of Raja and Swan telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa, whose judicial custody too ends the same day.

The court fixed February 24 to hear the bail pleas of Chandolia and Balwa.
Meanwhile, Behura too moved the court today for bail and the court decided to hear the same on February 28.

Behura and Chandolia were arrested along with Raja by the CBI on February 2.

Balwa was arrested on February 8 in Mumbai and had been flown to Delhi on a transit remand. He was the fourth person to be arrested in the case.
