No member of the ruling Congress party or the coalition government was involved in vote -buying during a 2008 confidence vote, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh told parliament on Friday.

The opposition forced parliament to adjourn for a second day on Friday and demanded Singh resign over a WikiLeaks report that his party paid bribes to win a confidence vote in 2008, a fresh blow to the scandal-tainted coalition.
